The Big Picture!

Flexibility is the key word in camping. While exceeding COVID-19 regulations and Department of Social Services Childcare Licensing expectations, we will provide an amazing camp experience.

We know that families have busy lives, so we try to be accommodating to all families needs. If we do not offer something that you would like, please ask so we can help. Campers can choose one week sessions, and from five pick up/drop off locations throughout Charlottesville, or you are welcome to transport your child to and from camp.

Transportation is provided in Triple C vehicles, camp buses, or multi passenger vehicles.  All drivers are licensed, trained and experienced.  Pick up points are available at The Park at UVA, Crozet (Western Albemarle High School), Fashion Square Mall, Pantops, and 5th St. Station.  As of 11.09.21: To align with Albemarle County Transportation, masks will be worn at all times while on the camp bus and campers will have assigned seats.  Bus procedures may have fluctuation based on best practices from guiding agencies.  It is possible that daily health screenings may continue.

Campers will need to bring a lunch and at least two snacks with them every day.  Lunch will be eaten outdoors, weather permitting, in their small groups.

Registration of campers is based on space availability. Campers are placed in groups based on grade, gender, program choice, length of enrollment, and friendship requests. After completing your camper’s registration, you will be asked to upload a current physician signed physical form/well-child check-up, as well as proper proof of identification.

Extra attention is offered to Triple C campers with tutoring and private lessons at competitive rates. Tutoring is available for all fundamentals and many languages. Supplemental classes taught by our specialists are offered after camp hours in horseback riding, swimming, and “One on One” sports lessons. Call Triple C for more information about tutoring or special classes.
