Meet the Directors

Co-Owner/Director of Operations

Eryn Rothenberg Haskins has been a part of the Triple C team since 2007.  She has been a camper, counselor, lifeguard, program director, registrar extraordinaire, culinary master and now the glue holding it all together. A Masters Degree in Sports Management was good preparation for all that goes on at Triple C year round.   Eryn enjoys sports, world travel and the never ending humor of the campers.  She has been sky diving, bungee jumping, glacier hiking, alps tram riding and awaits her next adventure!

Director of Camp Programming and Facilities

Hailing from Melbourne, Australia Kasey now calls Triple C Camp home. Starting in 2013 Kasey brought her passion for horses to the Triple C equestrian program. Since that first summer Kasey has developed a fondness for all things camp. Kasey loves helping campers realize their true potential at camp by pushing their boundaries and trying new things. Kasey is always ready for the next adventure, especially if it includes traveling, eating (Australian) chocolate, and singing along to great tunes.

Assistant Director

Curious about the accent? It is unique! Born in Zimbabwe, Ross grew up in London, England, in the Wimbledon/Richmond areas (for fans of tennis or Ted Lasso). He has spent the last 18 years in the US, honing his skills in the summer camp and hospitality industry; from New York to California, Texas to Minnesota, and now back in Virginia. Joining the Triple C team and moving back to the Blue Ridge Mountains is something of a homecoming – as this great state is where the love of camping first began for Ross.

Ross embraced camping after seeing firsthand the transformative experiences campers and counselors have: growing in confidence, self esteem, developing social skills and character, and so much more. Summer camp has become Ross’s life’s passion, and he is excited to be continuing that vocation at Triple C.

Assistant Director

Originally from Northern Ireland, Bethany fell in love with camp when she came to the states on a J1 visa to spend a summer in Texas. From the moment she stepped foot on camp, she knew her life was going to change for the better. Since that summer, she has put her heart and soul into learning all aspects of the camping industry. While learning the ins and outs, Bethany has loved seeing the positive impact camp has on both campers and staff and the long term influence it has on helping individuals achieve their goals.

Prior to working at camp, Bethany worked with children in many capacities including a pediatric medical assistant, a teacher’s assistant, and a volunteer at respite centers. Bethany loves to read, create, and travel. She enjoys listening to an audiobook while crafting or planning fun adventures with her two dogs, Sam and Sophia.
