Children get wonderful experiences by joining us for multiple weeks. Building lasting relationships with friends, establishing routines, and positive role models are just a few of the experiences our campers gain. We want to encourage all campers to get the full summer experience, so campers who join for six or more weeks get a discounted rate.

*7th-9th grade Teen Scene program tuition includes entrance fees, transportation and lunch at camp Monday and Friday. A non perishable lunch must be brought Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday while on Field Trips. Weekly field trip schedules will be sent home with campers on Monday. AM/PM Transportation and Overnights available at an additional cost.

Additional Options

Transportation to and from camp is provided at an additional charge. Pickup spots include Barracks Road Shopping Center, Crozet, Fashion Square Mall, Pantops Shopping Center, and 5th St. Station.

Bus Schedule

Overnights are Thursdays after camp until the start of the camp day Friday. Dinner, Snack, and Breakfast are provided. Overnight payment is due with camp tuition the Friday before.

*Campers K-3rd grade have lessons in their day camp program. These ADDITIONAL LESSONS are offered in ONE week sessions. MON-THURS from 4:00-4:30pm. PM transportation continues as registered. These are semi private lessons.

Refund Protection

per week
*Entitles you to a full refund of all deposits and fees of applicable week. Cancellation must be made, in writing, 5 business days prior to the start of the camp week. Once enrolled in refund protection, the fee may not be transferred between weeks. Refunds will only be made to those enrolled in refund protection.
